Terms of Service for Nintendocraft 

Please read these Terms of Service ("Terms") carefully before accessing or using the Nintendocraft Minecraft Server ("Server"). These Terms govern your use of the Server and constitute a legally binding agreement between you and the operators of Nintendocraft. By accessing or using the Server, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

  1. Server Rules and Conduct: a. Respectful Behavior: Users are expected to treat all players and staff with respect and courtesy. Harassment, bullying, hate speech, or any form of disruptive behavior will not be tolerated. b. Cheating and Exploitation: Cheating, hacking, or using any unauthorized modifications or exploits to gain an unfair advantage over other players is strictly prohibited. c. Inappropriate Content: Users must not create, share, or distribute any content that is offensive, discriminatory, obscene, or violates any applicable laws or regulations. d. Privacy and Personal Information: Users are prohibited from sharing or requesting personal information from others without their consent. Protect your own privacy and the privacy of others. e. Server Integrity: Users must not engage in any actions that may disrupt the normal functioning of the Server or negatively impact the experience of other players.
  2. Intellectual Property: a. Ownership: The Server and its content, including but not limited to plugins, maps, textures, and artwork, are the property of Nintendocraft or its licensors. Users may not reproduce, distribute, or modify any copyrighted material without explicit permission. b. User-Generated Content: By submitting or creating content on the Server, users grant Nintendocraft a non-exclusive, royalty-free, perpetual, and worldwide license to use, modify, reproduce, distribute, and display the content.
  3. Liability and Disclaimers: a. Use at Your Own Risk: The Server is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Nintendocraft does not guarantee uninterrupted access to the Server or warrant its compatibility with your device or system. b. Limitation of Liability: Nintendocraft and its operators shall not be held liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the Server or any related services. c. Third-Party Services: The Server may contain links or integrations with third-party services. Nintendocraft is not responsible for the content or practices of these third-party services.
  4. Termination: a. Violation of Terms: Nintendocraft reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to the Server for any user found to be in violation of these Terms. b. Modifications: Nintendocraft may modify, suspend, or terminate the Server or any part thereof at any time, with or without notice.
  5. Governing Law and Jurisdiction: These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction where Nintendocraft operates. Any disputes arising from these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts in that jurisdiction.

By accessing or using the Nintendocraft Minecraft Server, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to abide by these Terms of Service. Failure to comply with these Terms may result in penalties, including the termination of your access to the Server.
